Standard fees

For 2012, our standard fee is € 225 per hour, excluding VAT and a 5% administration charge.
This fee covers assistance from an experienced Moree Gelderblom Lawyers partner or staff member. Lower fees are payable if assistance is provided by a trainee.

Fees for personal injury claims

For assistance with personal injury claims, we charge € 245 to € 285 per hour, excluding a 5% administration charge.
Often, however, a claimant does not have to pay anything, because, if the claim is upheld, it is normal for the losing side to be ordered to pay the claimant’s extrajudicial costs*.

* Extrajudicial costs: the expenses incurred up to the point where the case comes before the court. Many cases are settled before they get to court.
